Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy: Once a product is opened, there will be no refunds. We do offer a comfort warranty where you can exchange your mattress for a different one. Transportation is the responsibility of the customer to bring the mattress back for an exchange. A comfort exchange is valid for another mattress of equal or greater value. All comfort exchanges will incur a $100 processing fee.

Comfort exchange can only be done after 60 nights and not more than 90 nights from date of pickup. Bedding accessories (sheets, pillows, platforms etc) are non-returnable once opened. Adjustable bases are non-returnable. If items are unopened, a 30-day return policy will be in effect.
